What is THAIFEX-World of Food Asia?
THAIFEX-World of Food Asia is the leading annual international trade exhibition for food & beverages, foodservice technology, retail & franchise in ASIA. It is a trade event to meet, establish new business networks and to heighten your success. This one-stop food exhibition also features latest food producing technologies, food safety standards, related businesses and services, as well as a most fascinating culinary experience from the world of food. To deliver the ultimate exhibition experience, 11 masterfully crafted trade shows, reflecting specific industry trends and evolving customer palates, will also make their debut. The improved concept is expected to engage visitors in more impactful, current and relevant business conversations and transactions.


Where will the exhibition take place?
The exhibition will take place at IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center, located at 99 Popular Road, Banmai Subdistrict, Pakkred District, Nonthaburi 11120, Thailand. In 2019, the exhibition will be located in Challenger 1-3 AND IMPACT Hall 1-8.


When is the exhibition?
The exhibition will take place from 28 May – 01 June 2019, from Tuesday to Saturday.
For trade visitors, the exhibition will be open on 28 - 31 May 2019 (10:00am to 06:00pm) and on 01 June 2019 (10:00am to 10:00pm)
For public visitors, the exhibition is only open on 01 June 2019 (10:00am to 10:00pm).



What are the general facilities available?


ATM machines are located around Challenger and IMPACT Halls.

Where are the Business Centers?

The Business Centers are located outside Challenger 1, IMPACT Hall 6 and IMPACT Forum, Level 1.

More updates on the information counters will be available at least 2 weeks before the show.

Where do I get FREE WIFI?

FREE WIFI is available within the Internet Cafes located at:

  • Challenger 1
  • IMPACT Hall 2
  • IMPACT Hall 6

 For wireless accessibility throughout the halls, please visit the business center for more information about WIFI packages.


Are there any phone charging kiosks?

There will be mobile charging kiosks inside the hall as well as along the aisle. The locations will be updated at least 2 weeks before the show.

Food Court

There is a food court located on Level 3 of The Portal building. It is opened daily from 10:00am to 08:00pm.

Fast Food outlets and others

IMPACT houses local and international outlets such as After You, Burger King, KFC, Mcdonalds, Starbucks Coffee, The Pizza, Ochaya and more. You may find them across Challenger and/or IMPACT Halls.


Where should I go if I lost/found something?

Please proceed to Organizer’s Office at Challenger 2 (C7) or IMPACT Hall 3 (L3A).

Where can I find the Guest Clubs?

More updates on the information counters will be available at least 2 weeks before the show.

How can I get to the exhibition center via public transportation?

Visitor Registration & Information

Admission Rules

- Strictly by identification badges on trade days.

- Exhibition is open to professionals, invited guests and trade visitors on trade days.

- Exhibition will be opened to public on Saturday ONLY.

- Badges are non-transferable. Anyone caught misusing another person’s badge will be reported to the Organizer.

- Minors below the age of 16 will not be admitted, whether accompanied or not. This applies to build-up, show days and tear-down period.

- All visitors must be appropriately dressed in business attire and covered shoes. Bermudas, singlets, shorts and slippers are not allowed.

- No photography or video equipment allowed unless approval is obtained from the Organizer.

- Smoking is prohibited at all indoor areas.

- The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or to remove any person from the event without having to specify a reason.


How much is the admission costs to the exhibition?

There are NO admission charges for the exhibition.

However, it is strongly recommended that you pre-register for the exhibition to avoid long queue on event days.

The pre-registration portal will be available by end March.

Where are the registration counters located?

Onsite Visitor Registration

Onsite visitor registration counters are located at the foyer of IMPACT Hall 1 and 2. Business cards must be presented and verified to register as a visitor to THAIFEX-World of Food Asia.

Pre-registered Visitor (FAST TRACK)

Pre-registered visitors should proceed to foyer of IMPACT Hall 5, 6 or 8 to print the badges. Fast Track counters are available onsite to accommodate fast collection of visitor badges.


Is the badge valid for all 5 days of the show?

The event badge is valid for entry into the exhibition halls on all 5 days, from 28 May – 01 June 2019 (Tue-Sat).


How can I buy a show guide?

The official show guide will be available at NO cost to all registered visitors. You may get it from the registration counters located the registration counters at IMPACT Hall 1 & 2 (Onsite) and IMPACT Hall 5,6 and 8 (FAST TRACK).


Are there any promotional rates for hotels?

The official hotel list will be available at least 2 weeks before the show.

Which companies are exhibiting at the trade fair?

The online exhibitor search function generally goes online 6 weeks before the event begins.

When does the Online Business Matching and Hosted Buyer Program become available?

The Online Business Matching and Hosted Buyer Program is available before and during the event. You may visit VIP Service to learn more.

Is it allowed at the exhibition center to take pictures / to make videos?

You can take photographs or make films, videos, drawing, paintings and the like for private use. However, you will need prior written consent of the respective holder of the associated rights if you wish to make images of the trade fair stands or products of exhibitors or other third parties, or of people.

How can I subscribe to the e-newsletter?

You can subscribe to the visitor e-newsletter at NO charge. You can easily unsubscribe from the e-newsletter at any time. You are under no obligation and we will treat your address with strict confidentiality.
